The website provides a free service that passes loan requests to lenders and partners in a network; it is not a lender, broker or financial adviser and does not make credit decisions or loan offers.

We do not promise that your request will be accepted, that you will be matched with a lender or that any lender will offer a particular amount, rate, term or funding time. Lenders decide independently whether to make an offer, and any loan agreement is solely between you and the lender. We are not responsible for a lender's decisions, terms, products or conduct, and we do not endorse any lender. Lenders in our network may pay us for requests or funded loans, as explained in our advertiser disclosure.

When you submit the form, you authorize us to share your information with lenders and partners that may help, and you authorize them to obtain your credit report and contact you about your request.

You agree to receive calls, text messages and emails from us and from those lenders and partners at the numbers and addresses you provide, including by automated dialing systems and prerecorded messages. This consent is not required to obtain a loan, and you may withdraw it at any time by replying STOP to a text, unsubscribing from an email or telling a caller to stop. Rates, payment examples, calculators and guides on the website are general information and estimates, not offers of credit, and they may not reflect the terms any lender will give you.

Typical figures such as an APR range of 5.99% to 35.99% or the representative example of $2,000 over 12 months at 24.99% APR are illustrations. Your actual terms appear only in a lender's disclosures. Nothing on the website is legal, tax or financial advice; consider speaking with a qualified professional before you borrow.

The service is not available in every state, and the lenders, amounts and terms available through the network vary by state law and by each lender's licensing and policies.

Some states limit rates or the types of lenders that may operate there, so you may see fewer or no offers depending on where you live. We may decline to process requests from certain states at any time.

You may use the website only for lawful, personal purposes, and you may not submit false information, use another person's identity, interfere with the website or copy its content for commercial use.

Prohibited conduct includes automated scraping, attempts to bypass security, uploading malicious code and impersonating our staff or a lender. We may block access or cancel requests that appear fraudulent. All text, graphics and code on the website belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law.

The website and service are provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, and to the fullest extent the law allows we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from their use.

We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that information on it is always current. Our total liability for any claim related to the website is limited to one hundred dollars. Some states do not allow certain limits on liability, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Colorado law and applicable federal law govern these terms, and you agree to first contact us to try to resolve any dispute informally before starting a formal claim.

If a dispute cannot be resolved within 60 days, it may be brought in the state or federal courts located in Denver, Colorado, unless the law of your state gives you the right to bring it elsewhere. Disputes with a lender are governed by your agreement with that lender.
