What our support team can help with
Our team can explain how matching works, tell you which lenders received your request, stop future matching and help you read an offer, but we cannot change a lender's decision or manage a loan after it is funded.
- Questions about the request form or an error you saw while using it
- Which lenders in our network received your request
- Stopping calls, texts or emails connected to your request
- Removing your details from future matching
- Understanding the terms in a lender's offer before you sign
- Reporting a suspicious call or message that used our name
People searching hidden meadow lending customer service sometimes need help with a loan that is already active. In that case, the lender that issued the loan handles payments, payoff quotes, due dates and hardship plans. Its contact details appear in your loan agreement and on its website.
How to stop lender calls, texts and emails
You can stop most follow-up right away by replying STOP to any text, using the unsubscribe link in any email and telling callers not to contact you again, and we can block future matching on request.
Each lender keeps its own contact list, so you may need to opt out with more than one company. If messages continue after a few business days, email us the phone number or address that is still being contacted and we will ask the lenders that received your request to remove it.
How to report a suspicious call or message
Report any caller or message that asks for an upfront fee, a gift card payment or your online banking password, because legitimate lenders in our network never ask for money before a loan is funded.
Write down the phone number, the name the caller used and what was requested, then email the details to us. You can also report fraud to the Federal Trade Commission at reportfraud.ftc.gov. Our guide on spotting a legitimate loan matching service lists the most common warning signs.
